Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Crescent Canvas Studio. Due to the highly customized nature of our Custom Pet Portraits and the labor-intensive commitment of our Mural Painting Services, we enforce a strict NO REFUND policy.
 

By placing an order or securing a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Custom Pet Portraits

  • Strictly Non-Refundable: All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be accepted for any reason.

  • Artistic Discretion: All portraits are custom artistic interpretations based on client photos. Dislike of artistic style, color palettes, or final likeness does not qualify for a refund.

  • Revisions Instead of Refunds: To ensure your satisfaction, we offer 2 rounds of minor adjustments during the digital sketching/proofing phase before the final artwork is completed.


2. Mural Painting Services

  • Deposits & Retainers: All booking deposits are 100% non-refundable. This fee locks in your project date, covers administrative setups, and funds initial site-specific design work and materials.

  • Cancellation or Project Halt: If a client cancels the mural project at any point prior to or during on-site painting, no prior payments will be refunded.


3. Shipping & Transit Damage (For Physical Portraits)

We pack all physical canvas products securely to prevent damage. Cash refunds are not issued for courier handling issues.

  • If your physical portrait arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof of the packaging and product.

  • Upon verification, we will reprint or repaint a replacement piece for you at no extra cost.
