Welcome to Crescent Canvas Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our Mural Painting Services and Custom Pet Portraits. By accessing our site or commissioning an artwork, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Custom Pet Portrait Commissions

Photo Requirements: Clients must provide high-quality reference photos. We are not responsible for likeness issues arising from blurry or poorly lit photos.

Artistic Interpretation: All portraits are artistic interpretations. By ordering, you accept the artist’s signature style, and minor variations from the photo are to be expected.

Revisions: Up to 2 minor revisions are included in the digital sketching phase. Major revisions requested after the painting process has begun will incur extra fees.

Non-Refundable: Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, all pet portrait orders are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Mural Painting Services

Site Preparation: The client must ensure the wall surface is clean, primed, and accessible before our artists arrive on-site.

Weather & Environment: For outdoor murals, project timelines may be extended due to adverse weather conditions without penalty to the Studio.

Scope of Work: Any changes to the agreed design concept after on-site painting has started will result in additional material and labor charges.
3. Copyright and Intellectual PropertyArtist Rights

Crescent Canvas Studio retains the copyright to all created artwork, including custom pet portraits and mural designs.Studio

Promotional Use: We reserve the right to display images of the final artwork and behind-the-scenes progress on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If your order is a surprise gift, please notify us to delay publication.

Client Use: Artworks are for personal use only (or commercial display for contracted murals). Clients may not reproduce, resell, or print the artwork for commercial profit without explicit written consent.
4. Shipping and DeliveryTimeline

Production times are estimates and may vary based on current commission volumes.

Damages: We package all portraits securely. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof so we can assist you.
